Cancellations
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 74 hours advance notice, To ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 72 hours notice is given you will be charged a 50% booking fee of the total cost of your appointment.
No show
All No show appointments will be charged 100% of the service value, you may be also asked to pay 50% Non-refundable booking fee to secure any future appointments.
Appointments
We recommend you book your hair or beauty appointments in advance. You can do this online, give us a call or message us. Walk-ins are accepted but you must still give a name and contact number.
Arrive alone
Please make sure you do not bring any family members or friends with you to the salon. We will only be permitted one client per staff member.
Refund policy
We have no refund policy on services completed at our salon. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your service, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours following the appointment. Management will then determine the next form of action in meeting your needs.
